🐶 How does the customization process work?
You’ll need to upload 1–6 photos of your pet before adding the item to your cart or purchasing.
Our artists carefully study each photo and handcraft a sculpture that captures your pet’s unique features and personality.
Every piece is made with love and attention to detail — no two are ever the same.
📸 What kind of photos should I upload?
For best results, please upload:
- Clear, high-resolution photos
- Good lighting (natural light works best)
- Your pet’s face clearly visible
Photos taken at eye level help us create the most accurate likeness.
⏳ How long does it take to make my order?
Production usually takes 3-4 weeks after we receive your photos.
Once completed, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.
🔄 Can I make changes or cancel my order?
Because each piece is made to order, changes or cancellations are not possible once production has started.
However - your order is always protected.
If the final piece doesn't match your pet's photo, or if it arrives damaged, we will remake and replace it at no extra cost.
